Hey Thanks for booking with me! I’m Jade the Master Hairstylist & Owner of Jade Did It Salon Studio LLC based in the Northern Virginia area. I have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2009 and over the years, I have really enjoyed honing the skills to work with a wide range of clientele with all hair textures and types. Hair Care is priority for every client that sits in my chair and I’m dedicated to helping you achieve your best hair goals and looks. I specialize in Traditional & Micro Loc Maintenance & Styling, Hair Styling, Extensions, Cutting and Color. I’m looking forward to seeing and working with you ☺️💚 Please carefully read the information below as there are some important things to keep in mind when booking 😊 POLICIES🚨 CONTACT** -Text is best 🫶🏽 571-719-XXXX -Please allow for 24-48 hrs for a response when contacting outside of working hours Email: hello@jadediditsalonstudio.com ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ** - I am located inside Phenix Salon Suites - The front door to the building is always locked and the call box is not functioning so I have to come let you inside - ✨TO AVOID WAITING OUTSIDE AT THE DOOR, PLEASE BEFORE YOU WALK UP TO THE BUILDING, TEXT ME TO LET ME KNOW YOU HAVE ARRIVED, THEN PLEASE WAIT FOR ME TO CONFIRM THAT I’M READY AND I AM WALKING UP TO LET YOU IN ✨ - I will usually text you prior to your appointment to give a heads up when I’ll be ready to walk up ☺️ *PAYMENTS - Accepting cash or card payments only. Tap will be available soon!! Your Credit/Debit information is required at booking only to secure your appointment. Your card is not charged at booking. The form of payment you choose will be taken at the time of your service. If your service requires a deposit, an invoice will be sent to you by email to make the payment and secure the appointment. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment *CANCELLATIONS - Cancelling an appointment within 24 hrs of the time you booked out, will automatically be charged 50% of that service -After 20 minutes of no call/ no show at the time of your booked appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and you’ll automatically be charged 50% of the service - If the fee is unable to be collected automatically, you will be notified and it will be added onto your next scheduled service * EMERGENCY/ LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS -If you require an appointment outside of my working hours, there will be a $50 additional charge to your service. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24hrs of scheduled appt
